Beltway Capital Management, LLC was formed in 2007 to expand the business into residential and commercial real estate loan acquisitions. Today, Beltway Capital is a leader in investment focused on commercial real estate, business asset, and residential loans. We buy single loans and pools of commercial and residential loans which, by reason of structure, location, industry and/or credit quality, are identified for sale.
