That means we never need outside financing and are able to complete competitively priced loan purchases to work within each seller’s timetable. The ability to close deals more quickly allows loan sellers to improve their balance sheet, lower overhead costs, and rebalance their portfolios more expediently. Our in-house capital also gives us flexibility in terms of asset selection and investment criteria, so we’re able to take a long-term approach to investing.
